This Privacy Policy explains how Task Consolidated, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use paradiselotto.com and our ticket verification services (collectively, the "Service"). When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you choose to share it, we may also collect your name. We use a third-party authentication service (Clerk) to manage account credentials securely.
When you submit a ticket for verification, we collect the cruise line, game ID, and the numbers you enter. If your ticket is verified as a winner, we will collect your full name and mailing address to process your prize. For prizes above certain thresholds, we will request a copy of your government-issued identification for tax reporting and verification purposes.
When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and access times. This information is used for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. The Service is intended for adult users only.
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to process ticket verifications and prize claims; to communicate with you about your account, tickets, and prizes; to comply with legal obligations including tax reporting requirements; to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and to enforce our Terms of Service.
Cruise lottery operations occur in international waters aboard cruise vessels. Winning number data is provided to us by participating cruise lines. Personal information you provide is processed and stored in the United States by Task Consolidated, Inc.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at the email address below.
Ticket verification records are retained indefinitely for audit and dispute resolution purposes. Winning ticket records are retained for a minimum of seven years for tax compliance.
Photos of identification submitted for prize claims are retained for the duration required by applicable tax and recordkeeping regulations, then securely destroyed.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your information; the right to object to or restrict certain processing; and the right to data portability.
